WOW... and I move again! hehe.. I am now living in the apartment with Laura and Kelly. It seems like it will going to be a lot of fun. It's great living so close to Matt too..we'll save a lot of money in gas.
I got a job at Chili's. Orientation seemed to go very well today. I think I'll enjoy working there. I"ll know more after my first day of training...

MOVING AGAIN!

THE APARTMENT WORKS OUT!! I am moving to St. Augustine, where I will settle down for awhile in 10 days! I am so excited. I will finally be in the same city as my baby...and in a place where I can make friends that I'm not just going to leave in a month. I got a job at Bed, Bath and Beyond... so we'll see how that works out!
Things are great! Really... I am so happy right now I am beyond words.


I'm in love....

Wow, I haven't wrote in here for a while. Things are going good. There is a lot of decisions being made right now. Most of them minor in the grand scheme of things, but still stressful. I'm trying to move up to St. Augustine soon.. like next week, but it won't happen. It's so hard to figure things out sometimes. I love Florida. I'm having a lot of fun and finally starting to settle into things and make friends of my own vs friends that know Matt. It's a good feeling. I am in the process of moving my stuff to a different room in the house..it's time consuming b/c the room is smaller... whateve. Things with Matt and I are going wonderful. I have no doubt that he is the one for me! What a crazy feeling! Now it's just waiting for the right timing. I need to finish school or at least get closer to finishing... I have decided to go for Elementary Education with Special Needs and ESOL. It opens up a lot of options so that is a good thing! Well I need to get to bed!

Long Time to Write

Well, I finally have my computer hooked up to the internet at the place I am living. Things are going well. I'm making good money at Bubba Gump's still. I moved in with an awesome girl named Natalie...and I finally have my room starting to come together.
I'm missing home a lot...and all my friends at Point. It's amazing how you always want to be the place your not... but overall I'm happy. It's just strange knowing i'm not going back to school in August.... kinda strange.
Oh well. It's past my bedtime.

Things going good...

I love it here, I really do! I'm making great money at Bubba Gumps. I even ran into Amanda from summer project last year so we're going to have lunch today!! Yippee. My car is in the shop.. sad. But it's all fixed up now. I think I'm going to sell it just because it's too big of car for me.
I'm tierd, but I'll take a nap in the afternoon. I wish I was more talkative, but call me anytime and I'll ramble your ear off!!!!

A new life...

Wow, so it's been forever since I wrote in this, although I don't know how often anyone checks it. I am now moved down to Florida. Things are great. I'm staying crazy busy!! I'm working between 40-45 hours at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and then 15 at the church for my internship. Matt is busy traveling a lot with his new job, but we have got to spend 4 great days together. It's kind of a good transition into being by each other, even though I miss him it's probably better than overwhelming there all the time moments!
I'm looking forward to going to school at Flagler in the spring, it's a beautiful campus! I'm also looking forward to Sept. when my family starts visiting hopefully! I miss them like crazy, but it's fun to start a new life.
I've made several friends already...they are all so sweet and fun. Now I just have to adjust to the life of always being on the go!! YIKES! Well, that's all for now!! Hope to hear from ya'll!

I'm in Florida

Wow, So after a lot a lot a lot of driving, I am in Daytona Beach, FL starting over on the next chapter of my life. I'm excited and scared, but I know that God will pull me through. Matt is now in Dallas, TX. He left this morning and will be gone for 2 weeks. SO that makes this transition a little harder, but I'm sure that God will work through it! Today has started off pretty mellow. I'm going to wash the car with Carson here in a little bit, then back to Bonnie's (my new house for 3 months) to unpack and get settled in! Yippee. Alrighty, well I have a lot I could type, but I"m sick of being by this computer!! Wish me luck!!

Checkouts

Wow, what a long day! I spent the day (from 11-7) doing checkout in the hall. I didn't even come to my room at all!! So many checkouts! My nose is full dust! It's amazing what some people think is clean!! Argh! I am so tired. However.. I am going to take a bunch out to my car now. I feel productive..and that way it's less for mom and I to do tomorrow. I am on checkout duty from 11-1 and 3-4 tomorrow. NO FUN! Oh well... a girl's gotta do what she's gotta do!!
IT's hard to say goodbyes...Yesterday was really hard saying goodbye to Amy and Bri and Em and Meghan. Saturday will be tough too saying goodbye to staff.
Mom's suppose to be here before 11 tomorrow so that will be good. I hope she doesn't mind helping me clean up this room! I at least got it back to normal arrangement. That took some considerable effort!!!
Okay. Time to take stuff out to my car!!

I'm Exhausted

Whew...who ever knew how exhausting reading history could be? Or doing sociology... maybe just learning everything I was suppose to the last sememster!! Ugh. Crazy. So with 2 days of classes left for me, I'm finding it very hard to wake up each morning, mostly because I know it's a day of reading more history...and I'm ahead of where most people are in the class! UGH! The good news is for most finals (except sociology) I don't need much more than an 88 percent to get the A in the class. So I'm crossing my fingers (and praying b/c that usually has more influence) that I can retain all this information that I shove in my head this next week!! WITHOUT going CRAZY~~

EXCITING NEWS

And an end to a wonderful week! I am accepted to Flagler...the director of admission emailed me and wrote (and I quote)
"There is no doubt about admission for January and I will do all I can to see if we can open something for the fall. "
YIPPEE!! So I officially am doing this. I'm scared and nervous and excited and every other emotion I could be feeling right now. I only have 4 days of classes left in my SP career, then finals. Matt comes in 18 days...but before that I have to say my goodbyes to a lot of great people here at UWSP. Sure, I will be back to visit...but I just don't know when yet. I'm so excited. If anyone reading this wants to get together before I leave please call me!!
Today I worked at Gesell with the kids again. It was a lot of fun. I'm going to miss those cuties!!
Tonight I'm going to do a lot of homework and hang out with some awesome girls over in Smith Hall for awhile. It'll be fun!!!

What a beautiful day

It's a beautiful day here. I will miss these cool spring days.... but the hot summer days of Florida are soon to come. My history test went well today... now onto intensive studying to get through the semester. With five finals hanging over me it should be interesting. Only a week and a half of family video left... and only 2 1/2 weeks of school. Time is passing fast.
Today I went and had a great workout. Then I went tanning with my dear friend Amy. It will be our new every other day routine until the end of school b/c I won all those tans and we are splitting them.
Should be interesting.....
Alright, well i'm going to earn a little bit of money now babysitting Jordan and Abby for a few hours with amy, then studying, then bedtime!! Yippee skippy.

It is great.... the school HAS Youth ministry, and yet it seems as though they will accept most of my credits from UWSP. Please pray that God would make his plan evident in this. I am going to submit the application... I hope that I will get accepted, but God will make his plan known.
I have to do homework now...so I would have a chance to get good grades.... but more later.

What a big news day...

SO.... God works in very very mysterious ways that I have yet to figure out! BUT.. .here's the news... So everything with my internship down in Daytona Beach has worked out for the summer.... GREAT! BUT...my wonderful and successful boyfriend has been blessed with a new job that will require him to move just over an hour away. So the summer won't be AS easy as we thought...however, it WILL still be a great summer that I'm really excited about! CONGRATULATIONS HUN!! I"M SO PROUD!! Everyone check out the great planes my baby is flying at http://www.florida-helijet.com!! He's such a good pilot! :). I also got to have an amazing talk with my awesome Grandpa Witbro today! Thanks for the encouragement and reassurance Grandpa!!
In other news, I had a great time hanging out with some awesome girls in my hall today. They are definite sweethearts who just let me "barge" in on their movie night and talk!! It was great! Thanks girls!!! This weekend is a duty weekend, so not so fun...HOWEVER, Next weekend I get to go home! YIPPEE!!! Looking forward to that....

An Awesome Friday!!

Yippee! It was a fun fun day!! I woke up to my sweet baby's voice, worked a little desk and then met some awesome potential freshmen and their parents and gave them a tour of Hansen. It was so much fun! I felt special showing off my room and feeling like I knew most the answers! (I would hope so, i've been living in the dorm for 2 years and am a CA)! After that I worked with the kids at Gesell.. gotta love those cute little 4 year olds! I even had one girl really start to open up to me. She gives me big hugs now and wants me to play with her all the time. Mason still likes me too! hehe. He's always gotta sit on my lap for storytime and I love it!!
After Gesell was a leadership meeting for CRU...in which I found out that the Naidl's are staying!! Ryan is going to be campus director and Colleen (my awesome discipler) is staying! Yippee!!! Talk about a emotional high!
Shortly after was B3. A fun time of raising money for people to go on summer projects. They were able to raise $2056 dollars! Yippee! I spent 35 and got guitar lessons and a homemade custom fit knit hat at the service auction. I also won 10 tans and an airbrush session at Hawaiian tan..which is a 90 dollar value! WOW. fun! I'm going to be black!! haha... FLORIDA HERE I COME!!


I would also just like to say thank you to my wonderful boyfriend who really has been a huge blessing in my life these past 8 months. I can't wait for this summer to actually be with you and get to know you even better! Thank you.

Even more, thanks to all my girlfriends and family who have supported me through that relationship and the hard parts that come with the distance... ya'll rock my world and I thank God for you everyday!!

A Productive week...

So this week has been deemed (by me) the week of productivity! Yes, that is right... I am going to get a whole heck of a lot of stuff done? Why you say? Because I will have the time and I want to get ahead so I can slack later! Perhaps strange reasoning...but I like it! The school year is wrapping up quick and I can't wait!!! Maybe that is why I'm getting everything done...if I do it faster perhaps the end will come faster and the faster I can run down to Daytona and have an amazing summer! Yippeee!!! Well... who knows..but tonight was a good start to my productivity. I got all of my studying done for sociology, got my program advertisements out, AND still managed to get to bed by 11! Yippee... (I could go to bed now, but I am staying up to wish a special someone a very happy birthday at midnight (his time) tonight!)

It was a good weekend! I got a good amount of homework done, never as much as I wanted to get done..but enough. I also had a good night at work on Saturday..it's good to make money! Yesterday, mom and grandma and chelsea came up! It was a lot of fun to show them around campus and hang out! THANKS GIRLS!! So onto another fun week...but the good news is..every week that I make it through is one more week down and closer to this summer! YIPPEE!!!!

Prayer request: That housing for this summer is finalized....

The school year is flying by. Almost down to 6 weeks now! I just had a history test today. I think it went okay, either way I'm glad that it is over. I have to work desk today for 3 hours and then work at family video for 4. So it will be a busy day!
Yesterday I went to spin class! Talk about a workout! I"ve never rode a stationary bike that hard, that fast and that long! Wow. Thin thighs and butt here I come!!

I am the luckiest girl in the world! I have great friends, an amazing boyfriend, a very supporting family and amazing blessings from GOD. This summer is going to be amazing! The internship fell into place with Christ Community Church!! I am so exicted to work with the girls and develop new relationships!!! I also got a job at Bubba Gump's as a waitress! YIPPEE!!
Now only 6 weeks or so left of school!! I can do it!
