This is where we left the castle. We went to go take a walk...it just ended up being longer than we thought! By the time we came back we had no ambition to finish our castle and the tide was coming in!

Tuesday was another beach day! It was a little chilly when the sun was behind the clouds so here I am cuddled up with a towel eating our picnic lunch!

More Taboo Fun!!

This is Ashley and Kyle and the Dodge Neon that we drove down to FLORIDA! Yes, that is a 24 hour drive!! Such sweethearts for letting me tag along!!

Wow. Time is just flying by! I'm so excited...only 10 more days until I'm on my way to see the man of my dreams! Daytona is going to be so much fun! Matt said that we are even going to go to Islands of Adventure! I'm majorly pumped!
In other "pumpin" news...Amy and I worked out today. She is going to go with me on a regular basis now too... YIPPEE!! I'm excited. And I"m majorly thrilled about my new swimsuits and dress that I bought! So cute...and I even get to wear them for spring break (because the weather in FL is going to be so nice according to Matt). :)
Things are going good.... Way too many tests coming up, but you'll have that with Spring Break coming up!
Also..Matt and I are now through the 12th chapter of Genesis. I am learning SO SO SO much! Wow. I'm excited every night to learn more!
So I guess, In conclusion, things are going GRRRRRRRRRRREAT!

WOW! God is amazing, my friends are amazing and my family is amazing!!! I GET TO COME HOME THIS WEEKEND!! YIPPEE!!! I am so thankful to everyone that is making this work for me...wow...what a relief. It will be great to see my grandparents and my family....shopping with Michelle is sure to be a blast! AND I get to bring the Aurora back for a few weeks! WHEWEE Heather has transportation again!!! What a wonderful thing.
I have to get a lot of homework done tonight so I don't have to worry about it tomorrow and this weekend, but it should be good!
GOSH I'M EXCITED!!!

A new week starting....a weekend ending... It always works that way!

Well, the weekend is coming to a close. I worked about 18 hours this weekend..which doesn't sound like a lot, but it's more than I've worked in awhile, so that is good news ($$$). Now I have to get caught up with homework and such for this week. FUN FUN! Only 3 weeks until I see my sweetheart! Yippee!!!

Good News....

Well, thank you to a sweetie in my Human Development Class I can get down to Daytona Beach for spring break for only $100!!! Yippee... I can see Matt and set up an internship/job for the summer. So that is good news.
I'm really excited! It will be so great to see Matt... 2 months away is LONG ENOUGH!!
In other news, this week has flown by.... it seems like just 2 days ago that I was playing with the kids at Gesell but it was a whole week ago!! I likethat the weeks are flying by though, it means spring break will come quickly! And the end of the year will just fly by... which means WARM WEATHER! Yippee Skippy!!
Alright, well, shower time! Then off to play with the kids and work at family video!

Well, I can't for sure say for 100% sure that it will work, but I'm pretty sure the internship with Christ Community will work out for this summer... and I'm really really really excited. I can't wait to invest in lives, learn ministry and really pursue what I want to do the rest of my life. It will also be great to live in Daytona for the summer again. Gosh I miss that place!!
In other news, I"m glad it's the weekend!! I have to work this weekend, but at least no more classes for 3 days!!! And spring break is only 3 weeks away! YIPPEE!!!! I CAN DO IT!!!! I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH!!! hehehe

Well... It's Thursday, which means that I am done with yet another week of classes. It feels good.... I just want to get out of here! I love my friends..but I hate the cold. Only 3 semesters after this until I graduate!!
It's been a good week... I caught up from being sick last week so that was great. The good news now is it is under a month until Spring Break...which means under a month until I get to see Matt again!!! YEA!!!!
Alright... well I suppose I should clean my room now. Laters!

WONDERFUL

I had an amazing and wonderful weekend/birthday. My time at home was extremely fun! Thanks family!!! I got two wonderful birthday dinners and fun shopping trips! I only wish I could have been home longer! I think I may go home in a few weeks too just to visit and get to go out to Grandmas.
Today is Matt and I's 6 month anniversary!! I wish that he could be here so we could celebrate together. But it sure is great knowing that I'll see him soon AND get to spend the whole summer together. It's been an amazing 6 months... time that has for sure changed my life in more ways than one!!!

This week is going to be rough because I have to play catch up from my week of being sick! AND clean my room.... YIKES!!! Well I better be off!

EUCHRE!!

Well today was a great day. I am finally up and mostly healthy again!!! Which is excellent. I sterilized my room a bit so I don't get sick from myself (if that makes sense) and I went to Debot with the gang...who all very loudly and slowly sang me HAPPY BIRTHDAY a day early...which was embarressing but very sweet. Then I got to play Euchre (a card game) with bunches of fun people downstairs. So it's been a good night..and tomorrow... is MY BIRTHDAY!! and I get to see Kari and go home! Yippee Skippy!!

I think and many agree that Monday has got to be the worst day in the week. So boring and it means you have way too much work ahead of you.

Week Two Down...14 more to go...

So it is Thursday and I have completed week 2 of classes. YEA!! Tomorrow I have my first day at Gesell institute working with the 4-5 year olds. It should be a great and learning experience. This weekend I don't really have any HUGE plans...but there is definitly some fun stuff going on! Such as tomorrow... the LONELY NINJA CONCERT!! yippee!! And my first duty night with Brendon! Back to work I go! hehe. On Saturday my mom is coming up to visit with Chelsea so that should also be a blast.
Matt is in UTAH this week...skiing with the guys. So that is cool... and he won't have as much time to talk so I'll get to really focus on time with friends, getting homework done and having fun!!! So that is a cool change for the week. (Not that I don't love talking to Matt..hehe)
SO... that's about it for the update. I'm gonna post pictures from January visit now!

So, January is almost over, That flew by!! Now onto FEBRUARY...aka...my birthday month! YES, I know...you can hardly believe that I am going to be 20 years old. Truthfully, I can't believe it myself...but ohwell, what can you do.
Latest Project: Hoping and figuring out a way for matt to come up in Late February.... any ideas?
Amount of Homework: More than I've ever had before.... honestly, how am I suppose to concentrate for 100 pages of HISTORY! Crying out loud! Oh well

Okay, well i'm gonna get to work. I know this was a throughly uneventful post, but to be honest..there just isnt' that much that happens in the grand ole state of Wisconsin! Good thing I have awesome girl friends to keep my fun level up!!! LOVE YOU GIRLS!

One Week Down!!

Well, it is Thursday evening and I am done with classes for the week. So far all of my classes are very interesting...except Sociology, but I think that's more the professor than the subject matter. I'm excited to go to CRU and start up my discipleship group with Colleen and the girls! It's gonna be a blast.
Also, after CRU today Em and Lisa, and maybe Laura and I are all getting together for some "Girl Talk" YEA!!!! I'm so excited that I am hanging out with the girls more this semester...they are all just awesome people!!!
In other cool news...Matt added me to his phone so now I have a verizon phone for talking to Matt so we can talk anytime and not just at night when we are dead tierd! So that has been a blessing. We both are very busy, so still don't spend hours of daytime on the phone...but we do get to talk while we're awake!! YEA!! only 7 more weeks until I get to see him again.... WE CAN DO IT!!! =)

Dreaming with my eyes open...

Wow... life sometimes is just too good to be true. I have an amazing boyfriend, amazing friends and a real future a head of me. I feel like i'm floating on cloud 9 and never want to come down. I'm exctied for this next semester...to finally start classes for my major...to really be on the road to graduation... i want it so bad..but I am excited to experience everyday of just being a "kid" here at college. Growing up is an awesome challenge...and I want to enjoy every day of it!
Classes start tomorrow... I have History with the girls and we are going to breakfast every Tuesday and Thursday. I'm really excited! I know there will be lots of laughs!!
I'm on duty tonight...fun fun... I don't know..it' sjust good to be back "home!"

Matt and I were sitting in the truck and heard this song... it really captures what I feel our relationship has come of. Such a romantic night... every day here with Matt has been an amazing experience. We finally are having time to just unwind, relax and really just HANG OUT with each other. It's so incredibly amazing to me. I learn more about his character and love of life every moment.

YIPPEE!

I am done with finals! YEA for being done with my 3rd semester of school! Yippee!! I start my major next semester. I get to go home tomorrow for 10 days. I get to work at Family Video and Perkins and have amazing time with my family. Then I'm going to FLordia Jan 5-18th! It's gonna be fun! I leave the dorms tomorrow at 10:00pm -ish. I am so excited. SO it will be awhile before I post probably. Have a Merry Christmas!!
